Didnt show up on 1st day rescheduled for couple days later didnt bother showing or even replying to messagesgood didnt show up because after telling me I need a new tank turns out 2 other plumbers that came round to look both said dont need new tank just needs a new valve!! Yeah glad you didnt reply or show up, saved myself a lot of money! Disgusting!!

I have had a very bad experience with this company. Called them 5th April to get 2x Douche Sprays installed in 2 bathrooms. It is now 18th May and job still isnt complete. I texted and phoned few times to get update and was repeatedly told he would return when materials have arrived. However I do not think this is true as I believe that he simply isnt interested in the job. Materials shouldnt take that long to arrive and its just 2x small sprays! What materials would they require anyway!!!When I confronted him and told him that this timeframe was unacceptable he started swearing at me and got very rude with me over text messages. He also told me that I must pay for the incomplete job to which I outright refused. Job isnt complete so why would I pay???!!! I have been left with a mess in both my bathrooms. I would recommend that you stay away from this company. These guys cannot be bothered working and do not care for the customer at all. He was very rude to me. ****Update May 19th 2022******* Called another plumber yesterday. He came today and installed both the sprays in no time. Clearly this company was lying to me and having me on.
