        Called these guys on a recommendation to get two gas fires disconnected. Martin (I think) came to disconnect. Not only was he early, he was one of the most polite and professional tradesmen I have ever had the privilege to have in my house. He listened, he investigated in obscure parts of two lofts and uncovered other issues, explained what he was going to do, and then carried out the work efficiently and effectively. Not rude, not a gossip, not too much chit chat, but enough to make polite company. Well presented and a true credit to the company. This gent will be back if we ever need any other plumbing.... Absolutely excelled himself. I was not merely happy with the service we received. I was totally delighted.
