Steeple Pharmacy Ltd

I went into the Steeple Pharmacy with two prescriptions one I didn't realise was a dispense weekly so unfortunately that one had to go to Boots Pharmacy but the other I could have gotten there and then as I got the same one the week before at The Steeple Pharmacy, I was relying on getting these Medications that night for my mental health as its quite bad just now but the woman that dealt with me wasn't very nice the way she was managing things and quite frankly didn't have a very welcoming tone to her voice. As I had a doctors appointment quite late In the afternoon I did have to go to the Steeple about 20mins before it shut but to be honest I just felt like they didn't want to bother doing another prescription as I said i had the same prescription the week before at the same time so there was absolutely no reason why they couldn't do it. I won't be going back to the Steeple.

Staff are always pleasant but the shop is just sad. It could do with a good clean. Not sure if they even own a hoover

Rude staff that I gave prescription letter Friday and went to get them Tuesday then she says she doesn't have it on the system then I told them I gave to you last week Friday then she finds it under the counter instead of apologising she turns around to make it as if it was my fault I didn't pronounce my son's name correctly and want to play that play of her saying am loud, I will never go there even this Thursday I will ask someone to get them prescription for me because I don't want to deal with that honestly Racism all the way asking who is he to you because his first and last names are English?His my son how can one not pronounce his own child name correctly as far as am concerned they don't even deserve a star.
