Excellent service as always from Mike (and Alison), not well stocked airguns-wise but always busy with shotgun-related sales, plus I've bought almost all my shooting-related clothing here, and their prices have always been competitive.

Purchase with caution! My husband bought me a heated Gilet for Christmas and unfortunately after one wear it stopped turning on. Montrose said that they would only process an exchange - in addition they also asked for the gilet to be returned first in case it had been 'trashed'. After returning, they finally agreed to refund the item but refused to pay for the 8 postage to return. They maintained that it was a 'goodwill gesture' as the item was not faulty, although I had made a recording of the item not turning on. Really disappointed with the customer service and will not shop here again.
