Extremely disappointed in this Company. They undertook a significant job for us in installing a new sewage holding tank and pipework. Mark came across very well and was initially good to deal with. However, I paid the full amount before the job was quite complete and it then took me 6 months of hassling them to actually get the kiosk cover for the control unit that should have been part of the initial installation. I had paid for it to be installed but given the difficulty in even getting the kiosk I decided to install it myself. I was due a refund for this, however this was another case of an empty promise and I never received it. I categorically wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not a good way of doing business.

Phoned Drain Dogs about a blocked downpipe, they came out next morning and fixed it within half an hour. Service with a smile

Amazing service. Had a bit of an emergency with a blocked drain & they came so fast and unblocked it no problem, which in that situation is a massive relief frankly. Very friendly & polite too. Thank you.

I cannot recommend these guys enough, amazing service from start to finish. From initial contact, swift response, attention to detail and above all sticking with it and keeping us updated throughout, they did an amazing job. Well done guys, not many people have the service ethic these days. Keep up the good work.
