Dropped off a parcel this morning. I'd incorrectly labelled the parcel but despite being busy, "Khan" went to great lengths to help me out. While I was waiting I noticed how engaging he was customers. He treated them all like friends not just customers. What a great way to be. Super little shop with a big heart.
