        I'll give them one star for the polite friendly staff. However, do not trust their online stock availability checker. Items that were supposedly available to click and collect were not in stock at all. This is more aimed at Jewson nationally rather than their Montrose branch, but that just happened to be the location that I wasted a whole morning, driving 66 miles each way, to find out that their website is pathetic. No more of my business for these idiots at STARK Group. Looks like the Danes can't do any better than those laissez-faire clowns Saint-Gobain that used to own Jewson.

        I have ordered decking boards on line to collect at Montrose branch and when I get there, they were out of stock. I took half a day off work loosing my half day wage, time and van fuel coming down from Dundee for it. Branch manager (never in his office) said that hi will sort out a refund for me and give me a call couple days later to confirm. 8 days later - no refund or a phone call. I need to chase them myself to get my money back. Absolutely rubbish. I will never go back to the Jewsons again.
