Pharmacy Review Only: Appalling conduct from the pharmacy. Placed a prescription order on 22/02/23, went to collect 17/03/23 (allowing plenty of time for preparation, as it's never ever ready!), was told they had no record. Rang the surgery, apparently it was scanned on 24/02/23, so 2 team members lied about the prescription status, presumably to cover-up they'd dispensed it to someone else and now had no stock. This is integral medicine and without it the patient is not able to function. That's not withstanding a wasted morning travelling in to collect. According to the surgery, it's common practice for Boots Montrose to lie and blame the prescription processing team at the practice for any discrepancies. You're walking a fine line of medical negligence, you should be careful pharmacy team.

I was second in the queue but felt ignored as assistants were busy filling prescriptions. Even though they saw I was waiting they kept busy. The information passed onto me was thorough once I was attended to. I'm not an impatient person but I did feel a little annoyed at being kept waiting
