The worst experience bidding! I bid via there online service my top bid was ignored and when i rang for them to explain they just said that is how it works ! there system just doesn't work! I spoke to Jonathan Taylor the Sale room Manager he couldn't explain why my bid was ignored or why i wasn't able to bid any higher? If i had won they would hold me legally bound but they are bound by bids i make and have not honoured them! we are looking into if they have broken there online contract with us! Edit: We have now found out we can claim misrepresentation from Th 1967 ACT so will proceed via this!

The most expensive and greediest auction house in the country. 30% fee plus absolute rip off shipping that is done at a snails pace. Always have to chase up. two weeks since buying is not good enough. Goods sent parcelforce 48 and uninsured to save them even more money . A professional courier is much much cheaper , offers better packing and insurance and for the items I purchased the almost 80 postage left a sour taste. Response was it took packer 2 hours and we charge a 1 a minute ! , nonsense, if it takes this long you need a better packer , it was literally paper wrapping and bubble in a box. Wish I'd known their extortionate charges before asking for shipping as once you've asked , they pack and then charge you for the privilige before even quoting. and you can't get out of it as they will still charge the packing fee. Be very caregul buying here. They really do exploit the system,.
