Gemma Gray Photography

Gemma provided the most relaxed, professional and well prepared family photo session. It couldnt have been easier for us as she had done all the hard work! Gemma takes all the stress out of doing a family session when you have children to organise, change and she always manages to get them to play ball! She listened to what we wanted, picked the perfect location for our session and helped with coordinating our outfits beforehand to make sure everything worked. Nothing was ever too much hassle. Were thrilled with our images and will be back for more in years to come. Gemma has such a talent when it comes to capturing beautiful images that you will treasure forever. Thanks again Gemma!

Gemma has photographed our wild bunch twice now and has captured some of our favourite moments with them all. The kids all had great fun at the shoot and I love that there are no forced pictures, every picture shows the kids naturally smiling and having fun with each other and laughing with Gemma as she takes the photos. Thank you Gemma, for creating special memories that will last a life time

Well where to start!! We had such an amazing experience with Gemma right from the start. Gemma is so so lovely and we couldnt have picked anyone better to capture the most amazing photos that she did. Great communication, nothing was a problem and we were made to feel so welcome and at ease. Our little one got a little unsettled at one point, and also needed feeding several times and changed and this was not issue. We didnt feel rushed or under pressure . It truly was a lovely and fun experience. Gemma was so good with our little one which made things even better. Gemmas studio is lovely and bright and exactly what we were looking for. There is even a room for you to grab a coffee or juice and have a seat while Gemma snaps away. It was really difficult to know what to wear to the shoot but Gemma has some absolutely gorgeous dresses for you to wear , I could have taken them all home. I just loved my dress and felt so confident in it and it complemented the pictures so well. We would hesitate to have more photos done with Gemma and would highly recommend her to everyone!! Thank you so so much for capturing our new arrival and our little family with such wonderful photos that we will treasure forever xxx

We booked our son's newborn shoot with Gemma after a bit of research and were beyond impressed from the moment we booked. I could just tell from the emails that we were going to get on with Gemma as her lovely personality was so obvious and it was important for us that we had a photographer that would make us feel relaxed and comfortable. Her communication was so good. She replied to emails quickly, talked through our style of photography and answered all of my queries! She dropped off a lovely welcome package before the shoot too. On the day I had to message Gemma as we ended up running late (due to a bad night with our little one) but Gemma assured us it was no problem! When we arrived we were instantly put at ease. Gemma has an amazing set up with one room set up for the photoshoot and the room nextdoor set up as a perfect relaxation space for parents with a comfortable sofa, snacks and a coffee machine. We knew our son was in good hands and we could relax nextdoor with a coffee (which was very much needed after the previous day). When our son needed a feed and a change Gemma brought him through and chatted away to us. There was no pressure to get things done quickly (just as well as poor Gemma spent ages getting our stubborn little one to sleep for some photos!). It was entirely baby led. When it came to the family shots we felt so relaxed and happy when normally we're both a bit awkward in photos. We enjoyed the session so much and our son was so relaxed and happy with Gemma. Gemma sent me some taster shots the following day and later that week all the edited photos were sent! I couldn't believe how quickly she managed to edit everything! We absolutely love the photos, they are absolutely incredible! She made it so difficult for us to narrow them down to our favourite 10 to print! When the prints were ready Gemma dropped them off and again we were blown away by how amazing they are and by how beautifully packaged and presented everything was! There are so many little touches that are just so perfect! Apologies the review ended up a long read but I wanted to get across how Gemma goes above and beyond, how lovely a person she is and how outstanding her photos are. We know who we'll be asking to do any future shoots and who we'll be recommending to local friends! Thank you Gemma!

I found Gemma on the internet for a newborn photoshoot. Gemma was absolutely brilliant from the moment I contacted her. We had a phone call to discuss the style of photos I like and she really delivered! Her pictures were amazing, she captured my little one perfectly! Gemma was so accommodating - it could have been a very stressful morning with a newborn but Gemma made us feel so at ease. Would 100% return again for another photoshoot.
