Grange services did an excellent job replacing radiators and thermostats at my house a number of years ago. Shortly afterwards they recommended a new boiler, however after several calls and promises they failed to show to provide a quote. Decided to give them a second chance recently and asked them to replace other radiators and thermostats. Unfortunately again, nearly two weeks after visiting no quote as promised, and practically impossible to contact. Shop closed, no replies to calls, and voice and email messages unanswered. Just dont understand how it benefits a company to operate in such a poor manner. If they dont want the job or there are other reasons for no contact, then theres no excuse not at to least be professional and respectful and let potential customers like myself know, and dont just ignore them.
