Start with service - Poor, we felt like an inconvenience to the boy serving, despite spending 50 note he couldn't be arsed. Food was pretty pish, despite the set meal stating any curry I had to pay extra for mines. One mate got a mixed kebab, that was OK, other mate got a couple pizzas and they looked like they'd been cooked in the crematorium. All in all just avoid the place

Dreadful. How difficult can it be? Three items ordered only two supplied. I'd walked home before I noticed. Check your order before you pay. Chips, while tasty enough were extremely soggy. Clearly been sitting in the container for most of the half hour between order and supply. I could have used the burgers as ice hockey pucks. Mostly binned. First time here and won't be back.

You have just lost a long standing customer tonight. Your attitude to a genuine complaint about another order being late was downright rude. This was a pre order and had been placed over an hour before collection was due at 18.55. The order was still not ready at 19.20 and the response from you was 'well that's the way it is' When told that we would not order from you again, the reply was 'that's fine'. We've been your customer for a number of years and put up with orders that are wrong and delays, but tonight's rudeness has gone too far.
