The Whytes team have just finished our main bathroom and downstairs loo. I can not recommend them enough! Everything was communicated clearly. They always appeared when they said they would and the work they have completed is perfect and stunning! The design process was also excellent and the finished result looks just like the graphics we saw before the work started. We plan on using them again for further bathrooms in the house. Massive thanks to the whole team.

Absolutely top notch service and aftercare. Done one bathroom in 2020 and will be doing my other one this year or next. Well done Whytes. Big shout out to Graeme and Harrison who are always spot on.

Harrison was great throughout the project, from initial tile discussions and samples, through to completion. This was a tiled floor (fitted by others in 2018) that needed replaced. The guys were on time every morning and the removal of the old floor was quick and tidy (noisy - to be expected). Although a simple job, there were a few instances where the installation and thought behind the final finish was just not at the level expected or discussed. Although a quick call with Harrison had this resolved, it did mean that the job took an entire week (inc. weekend) to be completed. Overall communication and rectification was first class - but had there been more thought by the installers, the finish and timescales would have been met first time.
