        Having had a terrible experience of BA leaving our suitcase in Heathrow my partner found herself without any essentials for her hair or make up for 3 days. My partner contacted Sam and she could not have been more accommodating, my partner owning her own hairdressers back at home all she wanted was to feel good again and Sam couldnt have done a better job with a fantastic wash and blow dry. Thanks for your help Sam
