basic had to ask for knifes and forked after being served dinner. then had to ask someone else for napkins, asked for a starter of bread and oils to come with drinks, the waiter told us that the chef didn't like orders to come in like that, felt sorry for him, clearly there are issues with the chef. Ordered a minute steak ciabatta, could have re souled our shoes with the steak it was clearly cooked for Moore than a minute, one of us orders the steak pie, unfortunately on finishing eating found two long hairs in it. The place was empty, no atmosphere, the food poor quality and the service terrible, staff just seem unhappy and uncomfortable. There's a high turnover of staff for a reason....
