There were two staff in, one older women and a young man.
I asked advice regarding a particular plant and the woman was quite indifferent in her help, she told me she was from the Heathall center but this wasn't helpful to me as a customer.
In the twenty minutes we were browsing,I heard the lady tell customers she's from the Heathall garden centre so many times.
Customers really don't want to know this information, they have obviously came to shop. For me it was like an excuse not to help.
I was so disappointed.
I may add though, the young man was very polite.
