        Shocking service Avoid this company at all costs. We ordered a chamfered fender and some other timbers to be delivered on a timed delivery for finishing works along a canal. The delivery then showed up unannounced and left before we could get to it. It disappeared for 3 days before returning. Staff were very unhelpful and didnt communicate dispatch or delivery details as requested. Then when delivery did arrive the fender was dirty, scuffed and no chamfered edges! Completely not what we ordered. Cant return due to weight and urgently needed on site. Appalling service Wont ever be using again.
