The Diabetes dept. GLP1 are the most unprofessional, rude, condescending, sarcastic people on earth. The receptionists are the worst. Appalling god complex thinking they are wonderful and falling far short. They set low standards and fail to achieve them. Poor

Very poor service perhaps even neglectful likes to have patients time wasted on signing legal documents before operations to safeguard themselves legally for insurance purposes costing patients extra time and money. There is three or four appointments before operations go through most of the first appointment is for medical examination the second appointment is to sign ''legal paperwork'' to see the Dumfries & Galloway Orthopaedics department more interested in protecting their NHS Insurance policy than their patients who have waited long time for medical help. Not sure if NHS Dumfries & Galloway are subject to legal proceedings by the public? Nice new buildings costing taxpayers big money more interested in protecting their product rather than patients. After the first medical appointment their Admin phones those patients and informs them to return to check legal paperwork and then signs the forms. All this to remove saxon viking Dupuytrens Contracture better going private save money on petrol costs and having my time wasted. The former Prime Minister (Thatcher) had her Dupuytren Contracture removed in three weeks if i recall I have waited ten years. I am of the view the NHS is not fit for purpose in the UK due to much administration trust and neglect.
