This was our second time at Roseburn Cottage. Absolutely lovely cottage. Very warm and cosy. Little Christmas tree and decorations were a nice touch for a December stay. The welcome goodies left for us to enjoy were very much appreciated. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you could want. We ate out evening's but the cooking facilities in the cottage are all there if you need them. There is an outside garden space to sit in which looks lovely. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and make you feel at home straight away. The location is in a perfect spot, very quiet yet just a few minutes walk into town. There are plenty of places to eat and some interesting shops. Moffat is a great base from which to explore this lovely part of the country. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Roseburn cottage & it was excellent, everything was well thought of by the owners Graham & Claire, cottage was lovely & clean, couldnt have wished for better accommodation, please take no notice of some of the above reviews, I can only assume they have got mixed up with somewhere else, we would definitely go back there again.

Stayed here for 3 days in May 2021 for our babymoon after a long year of being locked in. Cottage was absolutely pristine, for a self catering accommodation it was second to none. Absolutely everything you will need is here, cooking, cleaning, entertainment and even umbrellas. With regards to the 1 review below from wor Shirley, I do believe she may have been staying at a different place to us, the accommodation is exactly as it is represented in the photos and Graham, Claire & the beautiful Pippin were not overly nice and compensation for anything, they are actually just genuinely nice people. If I could have reviewed this a 6 I would have. Many thanks for our wonderful stay. We will hopefully be back one day with our new baby boy.

Look nice on website photos but very cramped accommodation. No views, it feels quite claustrophobic with just such small window panes at the front. Parking is awkward getting in from a narrow road with two narrow parking spaces, not marked out and always has a second car parked there. Loved the area but not the sort of accommodation that shows the beauty of the area.
