I called out Scott to treat the dryrot in my house. I already had the plaster removed for access to the bare walls, and infected lintels replaced with concrete type. He gave me a very competitive price and came on the agreed date to do the job. The job took a full day as there was quite a big area to cover. He and his team left the workplace tidy and informed me of the safety precautions to stay clear of the areas due to the noise of the drilling, dust and chemical being used. The 30 year insurance certificate was provided with the correct back-up documents, which I called the Insurance Company to verify and they confirmed Fixrot was covered by them. I would have no doubts about calling Fixrot out again in the future for the various building work they do, although I hope I never have dryrot again in future properties!
