From the first meeting with Charne, she put my mind at ease with organising our wedding photos. She kept in touch at all times and ensured everything ran to time on the day and made the whole experience very relaxing. I absolutely love what she has created for us, memories to last a life time, all thanks to her fantastic talent. After researching many wedding Photographers local to Inverness, we were initially enormously impressed with the Captivating Photography web page. We then made contact with Charne. Due to Covid restrictions at the time we were unable to meet face to face but regularly kept in touch by email, phone and video calls where Charne made us feel completely at ease and offered great guidance and support during the early stages of planning for our wedding day. This proved to be invaluable on the day as Charne's attention to detail in the planning stages made for an exceptionally smooth and worry free experience. On our Wedding Day, when Charne arrived at the hotel to take the photographs of us getting ready her professionalism shone through and made us all feel very comfortable, so much so that we hardly knew that she was there. During and after the ceremony Charne's discretion helped ensure that the photographs were completely natural and captured the essence of our day perfectly. When we received the proofs we were absolutely blown away by the quality of the images and her artistic eye for the perfect photo. Charne guided us through all the stages of choosing images for our album which was no mean feat considering the amount of amazing photographs that we had to choose from. When we received our album we were overjoyed to have such wonderful memories of our special day. We would like to thank Charne for helping make our day so special and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Captivating Photography.

As soon as we had look through Charn work we knew we wanted her as our wedding photographer. Despite rearranging our wedding date twice due to Covid, Charn was so helpful and professional throughout. Despite never managing to meet up with Charn again due to Covid, she put us both at ease on the run up to the big day. She was always just an email or a telephone call away and nothing was too much for her. On the wedding day itself Charn was just so helpful and friendly, our guests were all saying how lovely she was! Our wedding albums we ordered are amazing, we knew her work was amazing but wow, anyone that has seen our albums has commented saying what a beautiful job she made of them. Again, Charn was always on hand to help with the design of our albums and talking us through everything to make sure we were happy with it all. We booked Charne to take photos of our wedding, which took place during Covid restrictions. We already knew Charne as she had been the photographer at a family wedding previously; we were really impressed with the photos she produced then and with her friendly, fun yet professional manner which puts everyone at ease, including the normally camera-shy people. Due to Covid, all our pre-wedding arrangements were done by email and phone which worked very well. Charne is very organised and gave lots of support and advice, including considering all the photos we wanted on the day to work out the time required and order to be more time efficient on the day. Charne was totally adaptable on the day; we added extra group shots and then, unexpectedly, a hotel guest offered us a Bentley and a Lamborghini to have in our photos and Charne took time to include these unusual shots. Our photos are fabulous; Charne captured such happy shots, we are absolutely delighted with the variety of photographs, including the different locations and backgrounds used. I would totally recommend Charne/Captivating Photography the photos will be brilliant, creating the lasting reminder couples want. Also, you will most likely make a wonderful new friend too.
