Excellent and efficient staff here - as in any Timpson branch I've been in, in fact - and then today the repairman did a 2-3 minute job securely fixing the back of my watch back on after I'd dropped it. Wouldn't take any money, but pointed me towards the charity collection box. Helpful, competent + has the right tools and know-how for this kind of repair + public-spirited ; great.
