Natalie is an amazing and expert practitioner who I would highly recommend to anyone, whether you have never tried reflexology before or are already well seasoned!! She is very respectful, discrete and professional in all her interactions. But also has such kindness, humanity and good energy, which she generously shares. I felt physically and emotionally renewed and rebalanced after every single one of my treatments. Natalie always explained what she had done and why, plus what she had learnt about me while doing her work. She never rushed me or made me feel like I was just a client. I felt like I was a person who mattered to Natalie because doing this work and helping people is her absolute driving force. Do yourself a favour and book in asap

What a perfect start to the week! I have been having a course of reflexology from Natalie as she was recommended to me for general stress, hip & back pain. The difference has been emense. I have suffered on and off with back & hip pain for the years. Following the treatments the pain has eased up also Im sleeping better & have more energy as a result. Thank you Natalie.
