Im so glad Ive found fitness garage. Lesley is a fantastic instructor and keeps us moving and motivated. I love the spin classes , Abs, Butt & Thighs, and now Im also loving the new dance classes with great music.

Coach Codys stretch class was very beneficial and I felt as if I had never properly stretched before until I went to his class. Lesleys spin and kettle classes are my favourite, with unique dancing moves, time flies by so fast!
