Scottoiler

I have had 4 Scottoilers in the past on various bikes and have never had any problems. Unfortunately the V system, I purchased last year, developed a problem at the end of March. After a few emails, and the return of the reservoir a week or so ago, I am now up and running with a new reservoir. The customer service was excellent, prompt replies to emails, ideas and suggestions to check all installation and routing was correct, to requesting I returned the unit to be investigated which, after testing, was replaced and all in a very timely manner. Many thanks to Matt for all his help and in resolving the issue, 10/10 all round.

Top customer service. I've had Scottoilers on my bikes for over 20 years, and I had my first problem recently. I phoned them up and spoke to a real person! After quickly sorting the problem, they offered to send a replacement part, free of charge, even though my current system is about 8 years old, so definitely out of warranty! Brilliant customer service, fantastic products.

I had a problem with the display unit on my E-System 3, I emailed Scottoiler on Sunday 31st July 2022, describing the fault. Craig from Scottoiler contacted me on Monday 1st August and I received a replacement display unit on Thursday 4th of August. Excellent service!
