Had to re-iron sheets and pillowcases. Pillowcases were new out the packet but one came back with a stain and had to be rewashed. Expensive.

Do not take your down jackets here. Really upset with both the results of the cleaning and the reaction of staff. Terrible customer service. I read all the reviews here about the great service for down jackets so I went here with mine. My jacket is ruined! Some sections have zero padding now, and everywhere the jacket is thin and decidedly unfluffy. Staff were rude, said this was my risk and refused to even look at the problem. If I had known that the special service for down jackets meant clean but no longer fluffy and warm I would never have used them.

VIP, are authorised by Canada Goose as a top rated cleaner for their expensive jackets & coats. The service received from the owners Raj & his wife was absolutely tremendous, I handed the coat into them & was told it would go through the process 3 times after spot cleaning first. When finished & coat puffed up it would be sent back by Royal Mail signed for next day delivery. Raj Called me to say the coat was ready & would be dispatched next day with a tracking number. Coat was received very well packaged next day as promised. The coat is absolutely spotless & like the day I bought it from Canada Goose. I can definitely recommend this company for the care of your quality clothing. The service is absolutely fantastic, dealing with extremely honest people.
