        RBS closed all small village branches and consolidated into the bigger town branch. Now this doesnt open until ten, closes before five and doesnt open at weekend. So basically impossible to visit if you work standard hours.

        Been with them years, nothing is a problem. Milngavie staff are great to deal with.

        Staff are very abrupt. Only time they listen is when you are changing accounts or when there is a transaction that is to there advantage. I feel like removing my accounts elsewhere

        Absolutely useless bank, nice staff, but that's all this place has going for it. No option to visit after work as they shut at 3 and are now closed on weekends. Apparently covid means people don't need to bank anymore. Can't even pay in a cheque online (like every other bank in existence) so cheers RBS, keep adding those nails to the coffin.
