We bought our A series transporter from Drysdale at a cost of 6,000+. The trailer came with no extras that were ordered so we took delivery and then went back for the accessories to be fitted which was fine. Around 9 months on the wheels started showing signs of corrosion which for a trailer that has been used 2 times is shocking. Spoke to drysdale who asked for information which was sent over but after nearly a month of nothing from them. Phoned BJT head office who then got in touch saying theyll replace them once the dealer processed the claim to which they never. Now 3 months on from the initial contact with BJT we are still no further forward. Disgrace of a company who in my opinion lie. BJT are good in quality but wouldnt buy again from Drysdale.

We purchased a beautiful summer house from Drysdales and were very happy with it until around 12 weeks after delivery when the window in the door cracked. On inspection the door had a knot just at the mid line which was putting pressure on the glass - with heat and cold it expanded and contracted and cracked the glass. They came out and put a new pane in, but did not change the bar at the bottom of the window with the knot, despite this being suggested by a glazier and ourselves as the cause. The glass cracked again, exactly same place and for the same reason. Despite numerous efforts by us to get this repaired (and even offering to pay for the glass), we are still waiting - despite numerous promises from them that they will get round to it - for the wooden strut to be replaced with either a sill piece or a similar piece without the knot and the glass replaced again. Really disappointed this has happened as they have a very good reputation locally. If they read this and attend to rectify the problem, we will update this review accordingly. Latest update, weve been in contact twice since last posting and still havent had anything done despite promises to send their joiner and to return calls when the owner returns from overseas. If you need afterservice - good luck with getting that. Shockingly bad. Service: Custom shed design
