They were so so helpful and experienced will definitely be back we have been looking for a hat to fit and oddly shaped head for over a year and they had one fitted perfectly in a matter of minutes! Definitely a great shop to browse and will probably have exactly what you need!

We went to the Tack Room to get my son's riding hat & were absolutely delighted with the experience. The girls that served us were both really friendly, and spent a lot of time making sure that the hat was the perfect fit, trying different hats, checking their fit, showing my son how to put it on properly, adding tape to ensure that the fit was perfect, encouraging my son to keep the best two on for a wee while to make sure they would be comfortable during wear and even giving us a list of places that they recommended for hacks. Overall it was a fantastic service and positive experience, and I am now totally happy that my son has a well fitting, safe riding hat, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for riding gear. We are in Edinburgh, so it's a bit of a drive, but absolutely worth it!
