Beside the bay is the most perfect wee flat we have stayed in. We stayed last week, Thursday until Saturday. On arrival everything from a little breakfast pack with cereals and jams, a folder of things to do and a fabulous doggie box with everything you could need was just perfect. The bed was so comfy and the shower and kitchen facilities all fantastic. The view is beautiful and you can literally step out the flat and onto Kames Bay which was so quiet and perfect for our big Labrador pup who absolutely loved his stay. Jen made sure everything was taken care of and communication was perfect. The real fire was one of our favourite features and we loved sitting by it watching Netflix at night! Theres a pick of amazing cafes, we also went a lovely walk to Fintry bay and back for breakfast at The Garrison. At night we visited both the Millport Pier and Newton bars for dinner and drinks, food was lovely and very doggie friendly. We will most definitely be back and would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a lovely break in Millport.

Rose Cottage was a delightful home from home and fantastic sanctuary for our rescue dog from the fireworks back home. This immaculate cottage had everything you could possibly need, from tea bags and cookies, to dog treats, with the added bonus of having Netflix in both rooms. The garden was perfect for our dog to wander about in and the dog -friendliness of the cottage was a pleasure to see. It was lovely and quiet and the perfect escape for those sick of the rat race. Jen, the owner, was a delight to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely be back to our little piece of paradise.
