        We visited the sales office earlier in the year. They were INCREDIBLY shady about the factors. Be sure to ask questions and dig into the details with this before buying a property, as they were not forth coming with the important information regarding this topic. More recently, they have littered the local area with signs about their phase 2 launch coming "next weekend" that have been up for 6 months or so and have not been taken down.
