Extremely poor aftercare and service. After 2yrs we are still waiting for our 7 day walk round issues to be fixed. We have now had a leak from the en-suite. Walker came out to inspect, stated that the shower tray had not been installed properly by their men but that they would not be accepting liability for the leakage. They are now trying to blame Mira (the shower tray manufacturer). From speaking to bathroom fitters we are aware that the shower tray comes with instructions for the fitter, and if not fitted according to the manufacturers instructions the fault lies with the installer. Onto week 3 of not being able to use the shower. No answer from Walker Aftersales on numerous attempts for an update. They class themselves as a premium home builder, would not agree.
