Whitehill House Golf Course

I played this course on 01 October 2022, and would like to leave this review. I would just like to say you have a little gem of a course. I would like to take this opportunity to say how well kept the course is and how I really enjoyed my round. The Tee boxes are well marked, and cut lovley and in fantastic condition. The fairways are like carpets, I hardly seen a divot on the course. I've played alot of Golf courses this year, and I must say these are the best fairways I have played off, lovely definition between fairway, 1st cut and rough. The Greens are very true and ran well despite the rain fall over the last few days, the Green aprons are superb. The bunkers despite being wet (not water logged) played very well. Keep doing what your doing with this little gem, your Green Keeper is doing a fantastic job I live in Nottingham and travel up to Edinburgh 2 to 3 times a year for 4 or 5 days at a time, im a single figure golfer and was very, very pleased with the course. I would love to play your course again,fantastic!!!

Hole number 2 must be one of the best Par 3s in the country with an elevated tee shot across a forested valley onto a heavily undulated green. Greens in superb nick as is the rest of the course. The little cafe at the clubhouse is also highly recommended.

Lovely course which is brilliantly maintained by the green keepers. Angelinas cafe at the club house has bacon rolls, home made cakes and lots more wonderful food. The welcome atmosphere is first class. You should try the course and the cafe. You will not be disappointed
