Please note, the one star review from khaled ali, is due to refusing to give him discount on work completed he hasn't mentioned anything about the amount of work carried out, the fact that we managed to get another garage to waive a 130 fee for his missed mot slot, this car was turned away by another garage and we found out why quite quickly, Mr Ali called us to arrange pick up of the car, we explained that as a busy garage we would do it as soon as possible, we were then hounded daily, once we picked up the car, we diagnosed a water leak as coming from the thermostat housing, changed it and still leaking, changed the pipe from the housing to the matrix, still leaking, explained to customer, stripped of timing cover to check water pump, leakage around pump seal, changed water pump and timing belt, explained to customer that there was a previous issue where one bolt had been over tightened thus causing a crack in the engine block hence the leak, put car back together, started car, carin limp mode, diagnosed mass air flow ans throttle posistion sensor faults, gave car back to customer, we don't give discount and find it highly insulting that customers like this expect and even have the cheek to ask and now we find a 1 star review for our work. Oh well each to their own, we are more than happy to post full correspondence with this customer so that you can make up your own mind
