Lothian Lift & Shift

I wish I could write a positive review. Unfortunately, the person behind this phone number has agreed to pick up a heavy tree stump and said they'd do it when one of their vehicles passes by my location. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now trying to contact them on this mobile number unsuccessfully. I sent three SMS in total, one on 5 Oct as a confirmation of our agreement, another 12 Oct just to check if they remember and can give me an estimate when the pickup would happen and last one on 18 Oct asking if they'd do it at all. No response to all my atteampts hence this negative review. It's caussed by lack of organisation or ignorance and not by not getting the job done. It would be sufficient for me when you just say you'd not do it at all than leaving me waiting in a limbo. I'd have arranged someone else to do the job in the mean time.

Best grab arm hire in Edinburgh. Usually more convenient and cheaper than getting a skip. Good prices and service.
