Falconry scotland

Well if possible I would have given no stars. Spoke to the staff there last week and made an appointment for today, when we got there after nearly 2 hours we were told that the booking was for one person, it was for 2 as it was a surprise for my husband on our wedding anniversary. We were then told there was no booking at all. Also I asked about wheelchair access and told, no problem just a few stones to cross over. No mention of the ridiculously steep drop that is not safe in an electric wheelchair. Thank you Dalhousie falconry for ruining our anniversary. Also the staff member who I think was the falconer had no idea what was going on

Went here in 2018 and could not recommend this place enough! Did the Raptor Experience and was on cloud nine for about a year afterwards. Having a falcon on your arm, then having a giant owl swoop down and land on your gloved hand to eat a morsel is something beyond description! If I'm ever lucky enough to return to Scotland, I will do this again.

I did the Ultimate Experience in September 2022 at the end of a 2 week long trip to Scotland. I loved every minute of it and it was one of my favorite experiences on the trip. The people are so knowledgeable about the birds and you can tell how much the genuinely care for about the birds. I can't recommend this enough and I hope to make it back to do it again at some point.
