Restrooms: Very clean and very unique! Picnic area: Lots of seating areas both outdoor and under cover. Even a communal cooking area.

What a beautiful campsite! The facilities are the best I have seen! Quirky touches to the shower room and toilets and super clean! I loved the added touch of incense burning in the cleaning area/showers! Each pitch up has its own fire pit which was a welcomed treat due to the very cold evenings (went in early April) and the views from the campsite of breathtaking. Chickens and baby chicks free roam the site so keep your dogs ona tight lead. Our stay was sadly cut short due to strong winds on our first night/morning, and our tent pole as a result broke. The owner was very nice about it and provided us with as much help as he could considering it was Easter Sunday. Sadly we could not get a tent pole with it being a bank holiday so we had to depart the site which was a massive shame. Overall we definitely will be returning hopefully in the summer when we revisit the area!! Book directly through the owners if you can rather than through pitch up etc!
