Rude from moment we met, wouldnt listen to me, didnt want me to see where my cat would be staying (I insisted however) and also talked down about my cat (what he eats and his size, despite him being a healthy size). Other circumstances meant we didnt end up leaving our cat here. But due to the disappointing treatment and service, I wouldnt ever consider this cattery in the future.

Have used Jan for my cat for a few years now, very friendly, great place for the cats, they have their own runs and Jan leaves radio on for the cats.
