Craignish Cruises

I had done a trip with Craignish Cruises in 2013 and it was a great experience. This was the reason why I booked a trip in May 2022 with them again - however Craignish cruises hat around this time some issues with the boat and due this the trip was cancelled from their side and they offered a refund. To begin we tried to postpone it, but the issues needed more time. According to this we asked eventually for a refund - however no reaction from them! Neither answering to our eMail nor pick up the phone. Im so disappointed about this bad behaviour and I could not recommend Craignish Cruises any longer.

BEWARE!!! We paid 120 for 2 tickets on a trip booked for the 25th August. The owner called us the afternoon before and cancelled, stating he was having issues with his boat. He said he was having problems with his PayPal and our refund would take a few days to get sorted. We never heard off him again!!! We tried to get hold of him multiple times via email and calls to email, text and calls but he just ignored us every time. Ended up having to put a claim via PayPal, so luckily we got all our money back, but that has taken 7 weeks. I feel sorry for him if he is genuinely having issues and cant afford repairs etc, but its not fair to rip people off like that!!!! Looks like hes done the same to someone else around the same time he did this to us too :(

The tour was great and the two guides as well as Archie the dog were so nice and very informative and funny. They even helped with explaining everything before the tour to someone who was a bit afraid of going an a boat. Great! Keep up the good work!!!

We had a tour booked at the end of August, which was cancelled due to boat trouble. Our refund never came, emails and phone calls went unanswered. We had to put a claim in through the bank to get our money back, and have just had confirmation today that it's back in our account. Communication from the business owner would have stopped him getting another bad review. NOT how to treat customers.

AWFUL !!! NOT TO BE TRUSTED !!! Booked a cruise for 3 people cost 180 but the guy didnt turn up , no notification and unable to reach by phone , so dont bother ! Now waiting for a refund ??? Or legal action .
