We loved our stay at Kings Reach (in self-catering Apartment Two). The first thing to say is that the place was exceptionally clean possibly the cleanest self-catering weve ever stayed at. Secondly, we had wonderful views to Dunadd and beyond to the hills. We found the place to be well-equipped, comfy and cosy. The vegan friendly welcome box was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The location is lovely and quiet so we slept really well. Kings Reach is in a great location with so much natural beauty, history and good walking nearby. Sara and Sean are great hosts really helpful and full of local knowledge.

Did not stay in self catering, they also have two wonderful rooms for B & B. Very well presented facilities, scrupulously clean and tidy. Nice comfortable beds and tea/ coffee making facilities. Excellent selection of info & maps available for exploring the area. They are a Vegan establishment but of course that means ANYONE can stay. The breakfasts were first class and better than many "premium" hotels we have stayed in. Some may find the idea of leaving your shoes at the door unusual, but we do this at home anyway and it really helps with cleanliness Great location for discovering this area of Argyle and a fantastic view of Dunadd fort. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!!

Kings Reach is a gem of a place for a vegan-friendly stay in Argyll. Sean and Sara are gracious and generous hosts who made our stay very comfortable. Our room was very cosy, well-equipped, and had great views. The breakfast served was delicious. We were also provided with great information on places to visit and nearby vegan food places, which we found to be very helpful. The location itself is great for accessing the places we wanted to visit. We highly recommend the stay and also a visit to Argyll to experience the beauty of nature in this place. We intend to visit again, and hopefully for a longer stay.

My boyfriend and I just had the best two-night stay at King's Reach. Sean and Sara were wonderful hosts - so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The whole BnB was absolutely beautiful and spotless! The bed was so comfortable and the little couch was in a wonderful place to sit and look out the window with a spectacular view. There were also wonderful extras such as tea, coffee and biscuits in the room as well as a fridge in the communal area with plant milks and a place to store your own vegan food. And maybe the most important - breakfast was fantastic! We both had the big breakfasts on day one then pancakes and a sausage bagel on day two - 10/10! Last but not least, it's in such a fantastic location - so close to so many fantastic places. We would definitely recommend and will be back!
