Check Facebook reviews first , they provide mouldy marquees and broken furniture, and William is one of most rude people Ive had to deal with, theyll prob respond with some rubbish, but check reviews on ALL platforms before getting a marquee with them , just to avoid disappointment

I had the most wonderful wedding venue and furnishings supplied by Will and his lovely team. Professional approach from the first point of contact until the day they left. Very approachable and can give great guidance on what works best. I would recommend these guys to anyone

Misleading and unprofessional Queensberry did the marquee and furniture for our wedding this year. Whilst the quality was good we were left very frustrated with the misleading extra costs that were sprung upon us after the wedding. We paid a damage deposit of 480, which was specifically to cover against damage to any furniture/marquee equipment (as explicitly laid out in their Terms and Conditions). Over two months after the wedding we still hadnt received this back, and when we asked we were told that the company were keeping it to cover extra staff costs incurred because they couldnt get the truck close enough to the marquee site. Had they spoken to the venue in the lead up to the wedding (like Id asked) this kind of extra cost would have been known and included in the quote. Essentially we were penalised for their poor planning. I believe that taking a damage deposit and keeping it for staff costs (without providing an invoice, proof or even informing the customer) is very misleading and not the right way to conduct business. Ive fed this back to them directly but they didnt seem to take on board. Be very careful with the quote and deposit as you could be in for a nasty surprise down the line.
