Great ride today with Archie the Cool Cavalier. Did 15km on e-bike with trailer in stunning scenery on a bright Spring morning. Rik was fab. Sorted bike and then gave me a brew at the end of the ride.

Rik was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He provided me with a nice bike, helmet and map and sent me off with instructions to visit the cafe at Penpont (a very good recommendation, as it turned out). If you fancy a couple of hours on quiet and fairly flat roads, call at Rik's and he'll see you right.

Great ride with the kids Sunday club. Luckily they stopped to climb trees so I caught up! Sept 22.

We have our own bikes but Rik talked us through the local trails and supplied us with a trail map. He then noticed an issue with my bike which he sorted there and then for no charge. Obviously a man who knows his bikes!
