(Original) zum abschluss unserer grossen, zehn-wchigen schottland-reise wollten wir uns richtig verwhnen lassen und haben dafr nithbank auserkoren. diese wahl hat sich ausbezahlt, unsere grossen erwartungen wurden voll und ganz erfllt. das haus ist hochwertig renoviert und eingerichtet, und obwohl man sich mit dem ganzen edlen ambiente und inventar ein bisschen wie eine lady fhlt, ist es wohnlich und gemtlich. das grosse zimmer war eine wucht, ebenso das dazugehrende bad. es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles war sehr sauber. bei der ankunft haben wir einen sehr leckeren afternoon tea angeboten bekommen, die selbstgemachten scones waren himmlisch, auch das frhstck war fein. ausserdem sind melanie und john zwei wunderbare gastgeber; herzlich, authentisch und professionell. dank melanie konnte ich auch einen keramiker aus dem ort besuchen, vielen dank dafr!

Delightful location and great experience had at the Nithbank Country Estate. Situated in a lovely part of rural Scotland it is perfectly located for no end of great walking experiences. Breakfast was exceptional, as was the very friendly service.
