Absolutely disgusting can't get a appointment seemingly there's no doctors there ever and its emergency only staff never answer calls place is a joke

Please don't join this absolutely shambolic surgery. The lines are never open when they say they are, the staff are always raging because the patients are always raging. I'm sure doctors do their best by their patients if and when they ever get to see them, bit this surgery is over-run and poorly run and something needs to change.

This doctors is appalling, can be waiting 40 mins in a cue for it then to be cut off. Put on automatic closed voicemail when the practice should be open. Can never get an appointment, need to call back the next day can never get through. GPs left and not been aware of having a new gp. The list goes on. Whole practice is a shambles.

Beyond imcompetent. Never get through when you phone. This surgery is even worse now than it was when based at Methilhaven Road.

My son has an infested finger and we have been to hospital and had one appointment here then for treatment to not work but every time since I try phone nd they just hang up on me its abit of a joke my son is 2 could end up with sepsis the lot but not one receptionist will answer the phone nd Ive phoned at various different times of the day all to have same outcome get Hung up on its so rude honestly
