Great dentists here and staff are always friendly. Had to phone for a couple emergencies since the start of the pandemic and was seen to a few hours after calling. Faultless. Called today about a loose tooth and it does seem there is a massive backlog atm as the appointment is at the end of August. Don't delay in making a call if you have any issues.

No warning given that another missed appointment would lead to de-registration. Perhaps having a policy in place that shows some compassion for people with disabilities/mental health issues would be more inclusive and promote well-being. To just remove someone from the register even though these issues have been highlighted is quite disgusting. I understand the strain on the service and that missed appointments are a waste of an important resource, but people with agoraphobia or other conditions that make it incredibly difficult to leave their house still need dental care, some compassion would be nice. People who are not registered with a dentist have a higher risk of head & neck cancer, so now the individual I am complaining on behalf of not only has to deal with the health inequalities that come from having mental health issues, but now their being exacerbated by having access to healthcare removed. I'm very disappointed. It's so frustrating because the staff are lovely and it's a great practice, but it needs to think about how it can support people with additional needs better.
