Waste of time. Don't attend their imformation days. This is just an agency who wants people to work when needed. No set hours, and defo NO full-time job in the Railways. That's the catch to hook you in. If you are on benefits it may cause you grief, a day here and two day there... We have to be rid of these agencies. The country is saturated with them. Companies want rid of their long term employees who are on great contracts and can only shift them with a hand-shake ( a lump sum ). When this happens the numbers are decimated. They then need to recruit more people. Without the cotracts..... Step forward T'rained Up. With the fancy talk about how wonderful an oppertunity this is. How you could get kept on....more hours if adaptable blah de blah de blah! Believe you me,T'rained up know next to nothing regarding how the network operates. And believe you me, the ones that conduct these imformation days are defo NOT on 8 hrs per week or 16 hrs a month or such like. People listen up. The employment market will only get back to what it was when cowboy agencies are ignored. What's better, one person on a Full-Time 40rs per week job with a good standard of living for them and their family, or four people on 10hrs per week getting no-where, fighting for the dcraps off the master's table? You know it makes sense. So starve then of oxygen. Do not attend. Have nothing to do with them. The more people that sign up to agencies such as T'rained Up, the more THEY get paid. Think on that.
