Poca gentilezza del personale...belle.le.stanze...fuori mano e ristorante chiuso con avviso tramite mail inviata poco prima di arrivare.

We had not been warned, and were very annoyed to find ourselves without accommodation for the night...
I post this message in the hope that other customers (in the same situation as ours) will be able to anticipate the closure of the hotel and find alternative accommodation.

A notre arrive le 5 aot en soire, nous avons eu le regret de trouver ce message sur la porte du Broomhall Castel.
Nous n'avions pas t prvenud, et avons t bien embts de nous trouver sans hbergement pour la nuit...
Je poste ce message en esprant que d'autres clients (dans la mme situation que la notre) pourront anticiper la fermeture de l'htel et trouver un hbergement alternatif.
