Today we experienced the most caring, comforting and professional service from Mark at Borders Pet Crematorium. Mark went above and beyond to provide a perfect final farewell for our beloved dog of a lifetime Wolfie. We contacted Mark on Easter Sunday (a public bank holiday). He accommodated us without hesitation in every possible way. Although Mark said that he wished he could wave a magic-wand for Wolfie, for us he did just that. Providing an exceptional and personal final journey. First class service from start to finish. We will be forever grateful to Mark. Thank You!

My beloved Oliie had been ill and sadly he passed on 23 February. I contacted Pets at Peace and they were so caring understanding. When I came down with Ollie they could not have been more understanding gave me some time to say my final goodbyes. I felt at peace knowing ollie was getting the best care. The following day I got a text to say Jed had started the cremation which was lovely as I was able to think of Ollie at the time. I had chosen a frame which would house the ashes and have a photo of him on the front. It was lovely when I got Ollie back and once again so caring and understanding about my loss. I now have Ollie home I feel he is with me. I can highly recommend Borders pet Crematorium.

Many thanks to Mark and Jed for taking care of our beautiful big shaggy dog, Scruffy, who sadly passed just over a week ago after more than 10 amazing years of wandering the hills and sharing our lives with him. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Professional, compassionate and understanding of the needs of a grieving pet owner. This was the only place I found that I felt confident that my dog was cremated individually (not communal) and his ashes returned to me. It was a difficult time and the staff at Borders Pet Crematorium were ready at short notice; a heart felt "thank you" to all.

On behalf of Michelle & Mike Watson:- The service we received from Borders Pet Crematorium was outstanding. After our lovely boy Bracken passed away on 26th October 2022 at the vet practice, Borders Pet Crematorium picked him up the next day and took him to the crematorium where he was placed into a wicker basket to spend his final night. Borders Pet Crematorium then phoned us the following day to advise what time Bracken would be cremated to enable us to have a Time of Reflection and send love and prayers to our most special boy. We chose to get his ashes back in a wooden Tribute box, a pawprint impression and also locks of his coat. When we went to pick up Bracken we were met by Jed who treated us very kindly and care was shown to us at this very difficult and emotional time. I cannot recommend Borders Pet Crematorium highly enough for the service, care and respect shown to us and our dog Bracken. It gave us great comfort at such a sad time that our dog Bracken was given the best send off possible. Michelle & Mike Watson 30.03.23
