Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Damaged item upon delivery. Was warned there is a possibility this could break transit but was reassured with a description of how it could be packaged to prevent this. So with this confidence I decided to take the risk. This is how the item came packaged in a battered reused cardboard box and some half deflated cushion packaging with plenty of room for the item to move around in the box. It was always going to break. And not packaged how described. Really disappointed and Hamish offered no solutions other than sorry hope you can glue it together, also very rude on the phone. I paid extra money for this to be insured. But the packaging was so insufficient I am unable a claim. So now left with a broken gift.

Just bought a fantastic teak table for the garden that has a lovely weathered look and for a great price and delivered the next day. Brilliant.

Difficult to go past without at least pausing at the window, always dressed with different and enticing pieces. Often end up going in. Rarely come out without having bought a candle, soap, gift card or fabulous faux plants. Always has something amazing, unusual and different. Have bought garden furniture, ornaments, grand pots in various sizes and styles. Something for everyone. Not sure, just ask. Very helpful with suggestions and recommendations.
