        Disgusting mum sent a bouquet of flowers paid 65 pounds only got 12 stems nothing like what I should of got they offered 12 pound back disgusting like they robbed a pensioner would never use this shop

        Flowers received from flowers if Melrose was not what was ordered,only received 12 stems,paid 65 only offered 12 compensation,disgusting robbing a pensioner of this amount,AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!

        Wonderful service! We needed to get flowers for a birthday at the last minute- on New Year's Eve, when most other florists were closed. The owner opened the shop for us, put together a lovely arrangement and then went home. She was also very nice and friendly. A life saver.

        A very disappointing 45 arrangement as image shows (including delivery) The owner was abrupt and dismissive when I called to discuss it and used Christmas pricing as an excuse! A surprise birthday present for a friend that I had to apologise for! I would avoid.

        Very few flowers, and one rose had brown edges and not long left to live - The lady in the florist just ranted down the phone when I rang to discuss :(
